Rossi Staffing, LLC was formed in 2002 by Connie Rossi. Connie has over 25 years of experience as a litigation paralegal and brings that unique experience to the forefront of this company. In addition, Connie has several years of staffing and staffing management experience. She has worked diligently to achieve a dedicated and professional staffing company that is well respected by clients and candidates alike.
Rossi Staffing works with firms and corporations who are seeking assistance with their staffing needs. We assist our clients in locating top talent for their temporary/contract or permanent openings. We save our clients time and money in this process.

We attempt to place our candidates with firms or corporations that match their abilities, personalities and goals for fulfillment, stability, future growth and education. Connie Rossi has been a paralegal in Denver, Colorado for 25 years. She has worked for both plaintiff and defense firms during her career and has specialized in the areas of products liability and medical malpractice. Ms. Rossi has been an instructor at the University of Colorado-Denver Paralegal Certificate Program and a guest lecturer for Paralegal Studies at Community College of Denver and the University of Colorado-Denver. She has taught seminars to paralegals locally and nationally. Ms. Rossi is a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc., the National Association of Legal Assistants, and the Mile High Association of Legal Support Staff. She is a past member of Board of Directors for the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame. Connie Rossi opened and began operating Rossi Legal Staffing, LLC in November 2002. She works with attorneys, paralegals and assistants in their employment endeavors and consults with law firms, corporatations and numerous sole practitioners regarding litigation support and trial presentation.

Peter joined Rossi Staffing as Client Services Manager in 2009. Peter previously was a reporter at Law Week Colorado. Peter studied Journalism at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
